Entry Requirements:
Academic Applicants:
- Recent Secondary Education (within the past 2 years): Completion of a higher education qualification by an authorized institution. Recent high school graduates are not eligible.
- Vocational Education and Training (VET) Study: Completion of a higher education qualification by an authorized institution.
- Higher Education Study: Completion of a Bachelor degree or higher (or equivalent) in any discipline by an authorized institution.
- Work and Life Experience: Minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience in a managerial or professional leadership role, including:
- Managers/leaders in Christian ministry-related NGOs.
- Individuals in positions of responsibility, including team or industry leadership.
Additional Requirements:
- Submission of a CV and cover letter outlining how the applicant meets the criteria.
- Essential Entry Requirements:
- Pre-admission interview, assessing fundamental human capacities, self-awareness, relational capacity, ethical behavior, willingness to follow the PACFA Code of Ethics, reflection skills, and participation in a planned client contact setting.
- Working with Children Check online.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
- Overseas Students: Overall IELTS (or equivalent) score of 6.5 (with no score below 6.0 in any skill area).
- Exemptions:
- Applicants with five years of higher education in English from an approved country.
- Applicants with a Certificate IV or higher qualification in English under the Australian Qualification Framework.
