EU Home Students:
Applicants under 23 years of age:
- Leaving Certificate (Pre 2017):
- 5 Ordinary Level D3s (including a language, English, Irish or another language) or equivalent exam taken.
- Leaving Certificate (post 2017):
- 5 O6/H7 grades, including a language (English, Irish)
Applicants over 23 years of age (Mature students):
- If you are 23 years or over from the 1st of January in the year in which you are applying, you can apply for this course using the College’s online application form. There are no formal entry requirements for mature students; however, applicants are expected to demonstrate their suitability for the course through work experience, previous qualifications, or other relevant achievements.
International Overseas Students (outside the EU):
- Non-EU Applicants: The entry requirements for non-EU students are the same as for EU students. However, non-EU students may also be required to provide evidence of English language proficiency, such as through an IELTS, TOEFL, or another accepted English language test.
- International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma: 24 points overall and minimum grade 4 in English (SL or HL).
- European Baccalaureate: Minimum of 80% overall with English grade A.
- Indian Standard 12th: 85% and above overall
- Chinese Gaokao Minimum 670
- Matriculation Examination: First 6 subjects and English with C3. The accepted tests and minimum score requirements vary depending on the individual student's academic qualifications and origin country.
