Program Overview

This Master's program in Work-Related Behaviour with Leadership & Management equips graduates with advanced leadership and management skills, empowering them to inspire, lead, and manage with confidence. It combines insights into organizational psychology and leadership strategies, preparing graduates for careers in various sectors, including human resource management, training and development, and consulting. The program is delivered by experienced faculty from Griffith College Limerick and ICHAS Limerick, and graduates are eligible for ABP graduate membership and recognition.
