NYS Coaching Certification Micro-Credential
Program Overview
Genesee Community College's Coaching Certification Micro-Credentials program provides affordable, stackable credentials for individuals seeking to pursue coaching careers. The program includes four courses covering health, physical education, and coaching principles, preparing participants for the educational requirements necessary to coach sports in New York State public schools. The program also offers hands-on learning opportunities at the Richard C. Call Sports Complex and allows credits to be transferred towards an Associate's Degree in Health Studies.
