Program Overview

La Trobe University's Health Promotion program empowers students to promote health and prevent disease in individuals and communities. It offers a major in Health Sciences and a second major in Arts, providing a range of courses that explore health promotion principles, behavior change, and global health issues. Graduates are equipped with the knowledge and skills to pursue careers as health promotion officers, community development workers, and health educators.
