Overview
The MSc Strength and Conditioning program is the only postgraduate program of its kind in Greece, designed according to the standards of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport & Physical Activity and the UK Strength & Conditioning Association. This program focuses on the principles and applications of sports science to evaluate the physical conditioning of athletes, aiming to optimize their performance through specialized training programs.

Focuses on assessment strategies for athletes' physical capabilities, including movement competency, strength diagnostics, and biomechanical analysis. - Practical Strength and Conditioning Techniques

Admission Requirements
The program is open to various candidates, including:
- University graduates in Sports Sciences or Coaching seeking specialization in strength and conditioning.
- Professional trainers and coaches looking to enhance their skills and qualifications.
- Graduates from other fields aiming for a career shift into sports-related disciplines, particularly physiotherapists interested in injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Candidates without a relevant university degree may be considered based on significant professional experience in coaching or training roles. The minimum English language requirement is equivalent to IELTS 6.5 (C1), and candidates must submit a resume, a recommendation letter, and may undergo an academic interview.
