Assessment:
Assessment for this module is based on a 2,000-word research review, which requires participants to identify a clinical issue, formulate a research question, conduct a literature search, critically appraise identified research, and synthesize findings to formulate evidence-based practice recommendations.
Teaching:
The module utilizes a diverse team of experienced faculty, including Yan-Shing Chang, Lecturer in Child and Family Health. The teaching methods encompass lectures, seminars, workshops, individual tutorials, and independent study. The program's full fee is £1600.

Entry Requirements:
For all applicants:
- A first degree (minimum upper second-class honours) or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.
- Satisfactory performance at interview.
- Evidence of continuing professional development in the field of evidence-based practice.
For International applicants:
- Applicants whose first language is not English must have a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in each component.
- International applicants are also required to provide evidence of their English language proficiency through a recognized English language test, such as the TOEFL or Pearson PTE Academic.
- Applicants with significant experience in evidence-based practice, but without a formal academic qualification, may be considered on an individual basis.
- Applicants with an MSc in Nursing or a related field may be exempt from some of the entry requirements, depending on the specific program of study.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
- Applicants whose first language is not English must have a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 6.0 in each component.
- Applicants are also required to provide evidence of their English language proficiency through a recognized English language test, such as the TOEFL or Pearson PTE Academic.
