Systems Engineering Level 7 Apprenticeship - Entry Requirements


For UK Applicants:

  • An undergraduate degree with a minimum classification of 2:1 (second-class honours upper division).
  • The degree must be in a relevant field, such as a science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) discipline.
  • Applicants may also be considered with professional experience or qualifications slightly below the 2:1 level, if they are endorsed by their employer as meeting the necessary requirements for the apprenticeship.
  • Candidates who don't meet the minimum entry requirements but are recognized by their employer as fulfilling the program's essential requirements will undergo an informal interview with the Program Director.
  • Additional Requirement:
  • Evidence of mathematics and English qualifications at Level 2 (GCSE Grade C or above).
  • However, having a good command of English will be beneficial as lectures, discussions, and coursework are primarily conducted in English.

Additional Notes:

  • UK students enrolled in this apprenticeship program will have their tuition fees covered by the Apprenticeship Levy.
  • International students will not be able to use the Apprenticeship Levy to fund their education.
