Graduate Certificate in Science and Technology – GCertScTech

The Graduate Certificate in Science and Technology is a flexible postgraduate study option that allows students to expand their knowledge or learn a new subject without completing a second bachelor’s degree.

Entry Requirements

  • Admission to Massey: All students must meet university entrance requirements to be admitted to the University.

    • Been awarded or qualified for a relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in the area you wish to study, or
    • Accepted as having equivalent status to a university graduate on the basis of equivalent relevant professional experience.

Qualification Structure

  • Structure of the Graduate Certificate in Science and Technology: Follow a flexible course of study totaling at least 60 credits (4 courses), which is 1 semester of study.
  • Graduate Certificate in Science and Technology (Without Specialization): The majority of available courses are those listed under the Bachelor of Science and its majors.
  • Courses and Specializations: Some qualifications let you choose what subject you'd like to specialize in.
