The Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing (PGDipNurs) is designed to advance the practice of registered nurses and prepare them for further development towards senior nursing roles. This qualification is offered by Massey University and is available for study via distance and online learning.

The PGDipNurs is a postgraduate diploma that can be completed in one year full-time or two years part-time. The program is not open to international students. It is a 120-credit qualification that consists of core and elective courses.
Entry Requirements
To be admitted to the PGDipNurs, students must meet the university's entrance requirements and have been awarded or qualified for a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. They must also have New Zealand Nursing Council registration or equivalent.
