Structure of the Bachelor of Food Technology with Honours
The degree is a parts-based qualification, consisting of four parts made up of eight courses (120 credits) in each part. Each part corresponds to a year of full-time study.
Practical Work Experience
As part of the degree, students must complete 800 hours of practical work experience over two summer vacations, working for approved companies in the food manufacturing, distribution, retail, or food service sectors.
