Program Overview

The PSS311 STCW Personal Safety and Social Responsibility course equips students with skills to limit pollution, develop communication skills, and follow safe working practices on board vessels. Upon completion, students receive an STCW certificate, fulfilling the amended provisions of Regulation VI/I of the STCW 1978. The half-day course is offered twice a year in Nelson, New Zealand.
