Program Overview

The Graduate Certificate in Career Development at NMIT is a blended learning program that equips individuals with the skills and knowledge to support career planning and development. It offers flexible study options, allowing completion in 20 weeks full-time or two years part-time. The program comprises four subjects, including Assessment Tools and Career Practice, Te Tiriti o Waitangi: Application and Practice, and Research and Professional Practice. Graduates can pursue careers in education, human resources, and other sectors as career development practitioners, career guidance counselors, and human resource professionals.
