Program Overview

The Early Childhood Education program at College of Marin prepares students for careers working with children from birth to eight years old. The program combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience, allowing students to develop the necessary skills and competencies to be successful early childhood educators. Graduates are prepared for diverse learning environments, including preschools, infant/toddler programs, family child care homes, and administrative roles.
