The New Zealand Certificate in Study and Career Preparation (Level 4) - Construction is a 16-week program that prepares students for further study in construction at Unitec.   • Bachelor of Construction (Construction Economics, Construction Management, or Property Development)
  • New Zealand Diploma Construction
  • New Zealand Diploma Architectural Technology
  • Graduates with a B- average or above in this program can apply for any major in the Bachelor of Construction.

  • Graduates with this program are not eligible for a post-study work visa.
