Program Overview

The Bachelor of Construction (Construction Economics) at Unitec equips students with the skills to evaluate and plan construction project costs, manage payments, and ensure projects are completed within budget. Graduates are prepared for careers as construction quantity surveyors, commercial managers, or project managers, with opportunities for advancement in company ownership and senior management positions. The program includes a major industry research project and offers accreditation with professional bodies such as RICS, NZIQS, and PAQS.
