Program Overview

The Bachelor of Applied Science (Animal Management and Welfare) program at Unitec combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills to prepare students for ethical careers in animal care and management. It offers hands-on experience, industry connections, and a research project, equipping graduates with the expertise to work in animal welfare, research, and related fields. The program can be completed in three years full-time or part-time, and includes a double major option with Environmental Sciences.
