Program Overview

This 52-week blended learning program equips students with the knowledge and skills to provide person-centered support in community services. Through a combination of classroom and online instruction, students learn to assess client needs, develop care plans, and work effectively with diverse populations. The program includes core units in client care, communication, diversity, and safety, as well as elective units in areas such as crisis response, domestic violence, and mental health.
