Program Overview

North Seattle College's Real Estate AAS-T Degree is a two-year program designed to prepare students for immediate employment in the real estate field. The program provides a broad base of knowledge and training in various areas of real estate, including brokerage management, property management, appraisal, and real estate investment. Graduates are well-equipped to pursue careers as real estate agents, brokers, appraisers, property managers, loan officers, or other related roles. The program also prepares students for further education, such as pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
