Degree Overview:
- Program Overview: This program provides an academic pathway for international and resident students, whose first language is not English, to gain the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to work in various restaurant management careers or run their own establishments. It includes co-op placements to apply learned skills.
- Curriculum: The program follows a blended learning approach with classroom sessions, Moodle distance education, and activities like guest speaker sessions and field trips.
- Learning Outcomes:
- Acquire knowledge and skills for restaurant management careers.
- Run their own restaurant business.
- Gain practical experience through a co-op placement.
