Health Professions Exploratory Pathway:
- Students are reviewed upon admission to the University of Hartford and placed in the Health Professions Exploratory program.
- All students can move into ENHP's health sciences degree program.
Specific program requirements:
- Nursing (BSN):
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Completed coursework in:
- Biology (BIO 122, BIO 212, BIO 213) with a C+ or higher.
- Chemistry (CHM 114, CHM 136) with a C+ or higher.
- Psychology (PSY 105) with a C+ or higher.
- Due to the competitive nature of the program, seats are limited.
- Radiologic Technology:
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
- Completed coursework in:
- One college-level math course (3 credits) at the algebra level or higher (M110, M140, or M144).
- One college-level course with lab in each of the following sciences:
- Biology (BIO 122, BIO 212, or BIO 213)
- Chemistry (CHM 110/CHM 111 or CHM 114/CHM 136)
- Physics (PHY 101, PHY 102, or PHY 120)
- Space is limited and decisions are made based on achieved GPA.
- Occupational Therapy:
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Grade of B- or higher in:
- College Chemistry I & II (CH 110 & 111P)
- Anatomy and Physiology I & II (BIO 212 & 213)
