Program Overview

The UCOL Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Wellness) equips graduates with expertise in exercise science, physical health, and wellness. Through a combination of coursework and extensive practical experience, students develop the skills to plan and implement physical activity programs, contributing to positive health outcomes in individuals and communities. The program offers three majors in the third year, allowing students to specialize in Physical Health and Wellness, Strength and Conditioning, or Sport and Recreation Management. Graduates are prepared for diverse career paths in the exercise industry, including exercise training, health coaching, and sports performance.
