Program Overview

The BA Childhood Studies program at the University of the West of Scotland equips students with the knowledge and skills to work in early childhood services and support children and families. Through a blend of theoretical and practical learning, students gain an understanding of child development, leadership, and multi-agency working. The program offers work-based learning opportunities and the option for an international placement, preparing graduates for a range of careers in the field of early childhood education and care.
