The Master of Global Management (MGM) program at Thunderbird School of Global Management is designed for professionals seeking a career in global organizations. The program builds on a strong foundation of traditional business administration courses and adds Industry 4.0 skills such as digital transformation, environmental, social and governance-informed investing, diversity and inclusion, and entrepreneurship and innovation.
Program Description
The MGM program offers applied learning opportunities, 16 concentration options, and practical internships in global settings. Students gain hands-on experience and learn from the diverse perspectives of a global cohort of classmates. The program prepares students with the perfect balance of practical and people skills to inspire, influence, and drive global success.

Degree Requirements
The MGM program requires 49 credit hours, including a foreign language exam and the required capstone course (TGM 597). The required core courses include:

Admission Requirements
Applicants must fulfill the requirements of both the Graduate College and the Thunderbird School of Global Management. The admission requirements include:
- A bachelor's or master's degree from a regionally accredited institution
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (scale is 4.00 = "A") in the last 60 hours of their first bachelor's degree program or in an applicable master's degree program

Concurrent degree programs are specially designed academic programs that provide high-achieving undergraduate students the opportunity to complete two distinct but complementary bachelor degrees at the same time. Students must meet minimum admissions standards for both programs and be accepted individually by both colleges offering the concurrent program.
