- HCD 575 Health Care Transformation and Leadership (3)
- Focus Area (6 credit hours) Students select two courses (six credit hours) from any of the following focus areas: health policy and advocacy, health systems management, and performance improvement in health care.

- Preferred disciplines: The following disciplines are preferred: business or law (health care and business administration, economics, finance or law); engineering (biomedical engineering); general science (biology or physiology); a health-related field (nursing, health policy or public health); or math or computer science (statistics or computer science).
- Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.00 (scale is 4.00 = "A") in the last 60 hours of their first bachelor's degree program or a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (scale is 4.00 = "A") in an applicable master's degree program.
