Program Description:

The Technical Communication program combines a strong foundation in writing, editing, and visual communication with hands-on experience in multimedia and web design. They will also gain proficiency in using relevant software tools and technologies. This program is offered both on-campus and online, with multiple enrollment sessions throughout the year. The on-campus program requires students to complete 120 credit hours, while the online program requires 129 credit hours.

Admission Requirements

Entry Requirements:


General University Admission Requirements:

All students, including EU and international students, must meet the general university admission requirements.


Specific Admission Requirements for Technical Communication:

In addition to the general university requirements, the Technical Communication program has the following specific requirements:

  • Completion of the first required math course: MAT 142 - College Mathematics, or any other math course meeting the MATH designation.
  • No second language requirement.

International Students:
