Program Overview

The Nutrition (Food and Nutrition Management) BS program prepares students for careers in the foodservice and nutrition industries. Coursework includes food purchasing, production, planning, management, marketing, and nutrition. Graduates are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to pursue careers in various food service positions, including food service director, restaurant owner, nutrition business owner, supplement/pharmaceutical sales representative, and food marketing/distribution specialist.
