Program Overview

The Biomedical Science (Life Sciences) BSc (Hons) program at Ulster University, in collaboration with Sligo Institute of Technology, provides a vocationally relevant education in biomedical sciences. Through a combination of online learning and practical sessions, students develop a strong foundation in the field, core research and evaluation skills, and the knowledge necessary for HCPC registration as a Biomedical Scientist. Graduates are equipped for careers in various healthcare and research settings, including the National Health Service, pharmaceutical industry, and biotechnology industry.
