Program Overview

The Theatre BFA at Southern Oregon University is a four-year pre-professional program that offers specialization in Performance, Design, Management/Direction, or Technology. Students receive hands-on experience through theatrical productions and work closely with faculty mentors. The program culminates in a BFA thesis showcasing students' skills and proficiency in their chosen area of emphasis, preparing them for careers in professional theatre, graduate studies, arts education, or arts administration.
