Program Overview
Quality Assurance
Quality assurance is a systems-based approach to ensure ‘fit for purpose’ quality. This approach means that everything an organisation does is laid out in policies and procedures, so if something goes wrong, no individual person is to blame; it’s the system that needs improving. Organisations which operate using a quality assurance approach continuously strive to improve their performance, minimise risk and make customer satisfaction a top priority.
Course Overview
This nine-week, online short course uses the ISO9001 framework.
