This program is the second level of the DIY restorative panel beating program, focusing on learning how to form various body panel shapes using motor body panel forming machinery. You'll fabricate several different shaped body panels while building upon the foundational skills learned in WPAN100.


Objectives:

  • Develop skills in using panel fabrication machinery safely and correctly.
  • Master oxygen-acetylene and MIG welding for joining panels.

  • Correct and safe use of folder and attachments, rollers, power hammers and attachments, jenny swagger, and spot welder.
  • Blocking and wheeling panels.
  • Oxygen acetylene and MIG welding specific to joining panels.
