To enable students to enhance their sense of personal identity by learning about their strengths, and the influence their actions and thoughts can have over their lives.

• Identify existing and potential strengths.
• Identify areas of their lives they wish to have more control over.
• Evaluate their communication style and communicate more effectively.
• Describe appropriate responses to problematic situations.
