Become a project manager

Within the framework of the MBA with specialised modules in project management, you will acquire sound knowledge of the basic instruments and methods of project planning and implement them in a practice-oriented manner. This includes the analysis and evaluation of existing project planning of organisations, as well as the development of strategic suggestions for improvements. In addition to the creation of hands-on project management concepts, during the MBA project management course, you will learn about planning strategies that are crucial for the success of projects. These include topics such as the project life cycle, financial planning and risk analysis. The core modules of our MBAs will take place on campus while the specialised modules will be taught online.

During the 2nd and 3rd semester, you will deep dive into the specialised modules "Project Management & Leadership" as well as "Cross-cultural Management".


The MBA project management curriculum is spread across three semesters, culminating with a final thesis in the third semester. Covering a wide range of aspects of project management from quantitative methodologies and innovation management to operations and leadership, the MBA curriculum aims to provide students with the skills and knowledge to enhance their business careers.
