- Students can choose to study either Sage 50 or QuickBooks
- Sage 50: accessed through Azure Virtual Desktop (not Mac-compatible)
- QuickBooks: cloud-based software (accessible on Mac or PC)

- Part-time: complete the program in as soon as 6 months, but up to 3 years if needed
- Accelerated: full-time, complete the program in 12-16 weeks (intensive and fast-paced)

Courses
- To earn the Bookkeeping for Small Business certificate, students must successfully complete the following six courses:
- Microsoft Excel Level I
- Bookkeeping Level I
- Bookkeeping Level II
- Payroll Accounting
- Computerized Accounting Level I or QuickBooks Level I
- Computerized Accounting Level II or QuickBooks Level II
- Students must achieve a minimum grade of B in each course to complete the certificate
Graduation
- When students have completed all six required courses and met the grade requirements, they can apply for graduation
