Program Overview

The New Zealand Diploma in Dance (Level 6) is a comprehensive two-year program that provides high-level technical and artistic training in various dance styles. It equips students with practical performing experience, industry-standard audition techniques, and essential skills for a successful career in the dance industry. Graduates are prepared for careers as professional dancers, teachers, choreographers, and more. The program is offered by Whitireia and WelTec, a business division of Te Pūkenga - New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology.
