Program Overview

The New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (Social and Community Services) (Level 4) [Community Health Work] prepares individuals for careers as community health workers within the well child tamariki ora framework. Through a blended learning approach, students develop skills in relationship-building, leadership, and cultural inclusivity. The program is delivered in partnership with Plunket and offers full-time and part-time options. Graduates are equipped to work in various organizations, including government agencies and non-profit organizations.
