Program Structure:
- Six weeks of live online sessions via Zoom (not recorded)
- Wednesdays, 11:30am - 1:30pm Central Time
- Orientation session and five content sessions
Individual Modules:
- Module 1: Assessing Change Initiatives: Analyzing change initiatives and creating action plans.
- Module 3: Building Personal Pillars: Establishing personal change management habits for effective leadership during change.
Assessment:
- Participation in four out of five content sessions (excluding the orientation) is mandatory.
Teaching:
- Live online sessions delivered via Zoom
