Entry Requirements
Undergraduate Programs:
- For all undergraduate programs:
- High School Diploma with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Two units of high school math (Algebra and Geometry are recommended but not required)
- Four units of high school English
- Three units of high school social studies
- Two units of laboratory science
- Two units of a language other than English, two units of the same foreign language, or three units of one foreign language
- Specifically for the BA in Theatre Studies:
- Completion of 16 units with minimum grade of C- or better
- Specifically for the BA in Theatre Studies (Combined BA/MA):
- Completion of 24+ credits from the course list
- Minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.25
- Specifically for the BA in Theatre Studies (Theatre Education):
- Admission to the Childhood/Special Education, Middle School/Secondary Education, Elementary Education/Special Education, Elementary Education, or Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Programs is required for all candidates.
International Students:
In addition to the above requirements, international students must:
- Demonstrate English language proficiency by submitting official scores from the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or the IELTS (International English Language Testing System).
- Minimum TOEFL score: 80
- Minimum IELTS score: 7.0
