Program Overview

This accelerated master's program in Food Safety prepares students for careers in the food industry. Offered by the Department of Biology and Department of Food Science and Nutrition, the program includes specializations in Business or Industry Management and can be completed in five years. Graduates are eligible for careers such as food safety coordinator, food safety technology specialist, and food safety auditor.
