Program Overview

The Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership, Diversity, and Innovation at CityU of Seattle equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to lead effectively in diverse and innovative environments. Through interdisciplinary study, participants develop leadership theories, cultural competency, and innovation skills to enhance organizational performance and societal solutions. The program comprises three required courses and is offered online with a July 2024 start date. Graduates are prepared for leadership roles in various fields, including executive, director, and manager positions.
