Degree Overview:
This program aims to equip individuals with the skills and confidence to apply principles of practitioner-based inquiry and implement effective changes in their workplaces. It focuses on initiating and influencing positive relationships across organizations and beyond. Participants will develop expertise in critical reflection, evidence-based leadership approaches, and will be able to improve their own practice to become effective practitioners.
Outline:
The program consists of four core courses, two optional courses, and a research project. The research project provides an opportunity for students to explore a personal and professional area of interest in greater detail.
