Program Overview

The Electronic Assembly and Fabrication Certificate prepares students for entry-level roles as assembly and fabrication technicians in the electronics industry. The program covers assembly, soldering, fabrication, and electronic fundamentals, culminating in IPC7711/IPC7721 certification for surface mount technology (SMT) rework and repair. Recertification is required every two years, with a prep course available.
