Program Overview

The Hospitality: Restaurant Management - Level I Certificate prepares students for entry-level positions in restaurants. The program includes courses in dining room service management, hospitality, food safety and sanitation, and hospitality work experience. Upon completion, students will be able to identify foodborne illnesses, differentiate between service styles, and develop career portfolios.
