Program Overview

The Associate in Arts in Geography for Transfer degree provides a comprehensive foundation in both Earth and Social Sciences, with a focus on applying geographic principles to world regions and the human-environment relationship. Students will develop skills in analyzing spatial variation, evaluating human and physical processes, and utilizing geographic information systems. This degree prepares students for transfer to a CSU and further study in geography or related fields.
