Program Overview

The Associate in Science in Mathematics for Transfer prepares students for transfer to a baccalaureate mathematics program. It provides a solid foundation in calculus, differential equations, and linear algebra, meeting most lower division mathematics requirements for STEM fields. Students must complete 60 transferable units, including 18 units in the major, and achieve a minimum GPA of 2.0. The program is designed to facilitate a smooth transition to a four-year mathematics degree.
