Program Overview

The Associate in Science in Nutrition and Dietetics for Transfer provides students with a foundation in nutrition and dietetics, preparing them for further study in these fields. The program includes core courses in nutrition science, chemistry, psychology, and microbiology, as well as a choice of electives in anatomy, physiology, statistics, and food science. Students who complete the program will be eligible to transfer to a CSU campus to pursue a bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics.
