Program Overview

This Associate of Science degree program in Real Estate prepares students for employment in the field. It covers the eight classes required for the Real Estate Broker License Exam, as well as additional courses to enhance skills for a successful career in real estate. Students can choose from three required electives to tailor their studies to their interests. The program aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to pass the California Real Estate Sales and Broker's Exams and succeed in the real estate industry.
