Program Overview

The University of Connecticut's Animal Science (BS) program provides a comprehensive education in animal science, with six specializations to choose from. The program focuses on providing students with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in a variety of animal science-related careers, including animal research, animal health, food production, education, government agencies, veterinary medicine, and graduate studies.
