Entry Requirements - LLM, PgDip, and PgCert in Mediation

  • Applicants should possess a 2:1 (upper-second) honours degree (or equivalent) in Law.
  • Alternatively, a 2:1 honours degree (or equivalent) in another discipline or significant professional experience may be considered.

Entry Requirements - PgCert in International Arbitration

  • Applicants must hold a 2:1 honours degree (or equivalent) in Law from a common law jurisdiction.

Note

This additional requirement ensures that students on this route are not required to take the Legal Principles course.
