Program Overview

The Sustainable Urban Agriculture and Food Systems program at Seattle Central College equips students with the knowledge and skills to manage sustainable food production and operations in urban environments. It focuses on agroecological sciences, natural resource management, and environmental science and conservation, with an emphasis on organic agriculture in Western Washington. The program offers two degree options and an emphasis, and prepares students for careers in sustainable agriculture, food systems, and related fields.
